Legoland celebrate the Queens diamond jubilee
Sunday 27th May 2012
As all British people should know by now in the next few weeks the queen will be celebrating her diamond jubilee and Legoland Windsor Resort have done something very special to celebrate this event! A new 10cm model of her majesty the queen has now been unveiled at the park with a “real diamond encrusted crown” a new special security guard has been hired in to make sure that no one try’s to steal this object and sell it on for money. As shown below the queen has been fitted into minland for the public to go and view.
There’s currently no date for the object to be removed but it looks like its going to be just for the diamond jubilee therefore up until the end of June at the most so get on down to Legoland Windsor and take a look at this bejeweled figure which features 48 tiny cut diamonds.
The queen is featured on the balcony of the miniland miniature recreation of Buckingham palace along with the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.
